Kodak Brownie 44B
Pretty little camera that looks good on the shelf, but does not look like a "Rare" camera.Made only in England in 1961-63, it was an update of the common brownie 44A camera which looks almost the same. Grey plastic sculptured top, and fabric covered metal body. Uses 127 film to make 4 X 4cm negs at a curved film plane. The main difference in the B is that it has double exposure prevention, and an anaston f 8 lens.
Having been made for 2 years only, and coming just before the 126 Kodak cartridge Instamatics hit the market, there were not a lot of Brownie 44B's made, and even less sold.
~ Hard to find this type of camera in this excellent condition, however the woven carry strap is missing.

Kodak Bantam ColorSnap
Made 1955-57 in the UK. The Bantams were a series of Kodak cameras designed around 828 film, which was basically 35mm with out the sprockets so the whole film area was used giving bigger pics.Hence a camera that looks like a 35mm camera , but has no rewind knob. The 828 film was not a great success and the cameras are realtively hard to find today. This one is grey plastic, with an attractive weather based exposure calculator on the back. This was designed to make photography simple.!!!
~ The camera is in exc condition, and comes with a brown vinyl case with clear section in the rear so the calculator can be seen.

Kodak Brownie 44A
The Brownie 44a is a cute little eye level 127 Kodak camera from the UK made in the early 60's. Kodak US had Dorwin Teague in the 30's, Kodak UK utilized the services of Kenneth Grange to design the curved, flowing , sculptured look of some of its late 50's cameras. Made of the ubiquitious black and grey plastic of the time, this WAS a pretty camera to look at.Not considered rare, it is none the less a lovely addition to any Kodak Brownie collection. This one comes with a Kodak Brownie Flash Holder 3, another UK item. Unlike most other flash guns, this one is also made of the grey plastic to match such cameras as the Brownie 44A. The flash IS very hard to come by, and the combination is rather nice to look at. A great display set and most unusual.
~ Good condition.

Kodak Brownie Hawkeye Flash Camera with Flash
Both camera and flash are made in the US. From the 50's, this Brownie Hawkeye Flash Model camera is made of black bakelite. Being very brittle material, thses cameras are usually chipped or cracked, but this one IS NOT. Superbly styled, with flowing curves and its contrasting control buttone, it is a very pretty camera. The flash, which is the matching one made for this camera has a bakelite " handle " but plastic reflector.I have found a LARGE bulb to fit the flash as well, which adds to the quality of this as a display peices. The flash will actually fit other screw and pin flash mount cameras, but it was designed for this camera specifically. The camera takes very hard to get 620 film.
~ The camera is in exc condition, the flash has some wear to the silvering on the reflector.
